Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access to Broast. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Broast is currently a limited beta and may change, pause, or end at any time.
Who may use Broast
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information.
Your images and permission
You keep ownership of content you submit. For every image, you confirm that you own it or have all permissions needed to upload it, process it with AI services, create a comedic result, and share that result. Do not submit images in violation of another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
You grant Broast a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, resize, analyze, transform, and display submitted content only as needed to operate, secure, evaluate, and improve the service. If you mark a Broast Public, you also permit Broast to display and promote that Broast. An Unlisted Broast remains accessible to anyone who has its link.
Comedy and acceptable use
Broast produces jokes and may be inaccurate, surprising, or offensive. Results are entertainment, not factual claims or professional advice. Do not use Broast for unlawful content, exploitation, harassment, credible threats, nonconsensual intimate material, or attempts to evade safety or access controls.
Beta credits and availability
Beta credits have no cash value, are nontransferable, and may expire or be adjusted if issued in error or obtained through abuse. We may limit generations, reject images, remove content, suspend accounts, or change beta features to protect people, the service, and our providers.
Service and liability
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broast disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date and, when a change is material, requesting acceptance again. Questions or rights concerns can be sent to hello@talagent.net.
