Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Broast collects and uses information during the limited public beta.
Information we collect
We collect account information supplied by your sign-in provider, such as your email address and account identifier; images you upload; Broast results and beta feedback; credit and account activity; consent records; and technical information such as request, device, performance, and security data.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, screen and process images, generate and host Broasts, administer credits and beta access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, measure model quality and cost, and improve Broast. We do not sell personal information.
AI providers and other processors
Submitted images and necessary request data are sent to third-party AI providers to screen images and generate or evaluate Broasts. We also use service providers for authentication, database and file storage, hosting, and operational infrastructure. These providers process data for their respective service functions and may operate in other countries.
Visibility
Beta-test comparisons are private. Regular Broasts are Unlisted by default, meaning anyone with the link can view them, but they are not intended for discovery. Public Broasts may be displayed, featured, or promoted. Do not upload an image if public or link-based access would create an unacceptable risk to anyone shown in it.
Retention and deletion
We retain account records and completed Broasts while your account or the hosted result remains active. Temporary processing files and logs may be retained for operational, security, and recovery periods. You can delete individual Broasts from My Broasts. To request account deletion or access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact us. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or resolving disputes.
Tracking and security
Broast uses essential session and authentication technologies and may use limited first-party measurement needed to understand service use. We do not currently use cross-site behavioral advertising. Browser Do Not Track signals do not have a standardized effect on these essential operations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and contact
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive information about your personal data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Send requests or privacy questions to hello@talagent.net. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account.
Changes
We may update this policy as the beta and our data practices change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
